It's hard to get a job after you get fired, because of the experience of getting fired when you least expect it! If you leave your job, you know that its in your knowledge verse losing your job without notice. The experience of getting fired without notice could damage someone career. But if you are looking for a job, its easier, because by then your options are open, I think it really shows that you will not settle for less either. i do. i left my job on Feb 14th of this year and still haven't found anything....no i'm not retarded or anything and i have amazing interviewing skills...i just havent found anything that i would absolutely love and when i find something that i like i might be missing a couple of the skills that they want and then i'm screwed...no job for me.
