You will not find a live coon out in day-they are nocturnal, so they are denned up during day. you can find roadkill coons all over during the day though! ID check your state laws, coon's several months out of season right now. Now go to a loacl ourdoor huting store and get a spotlight and a coon squaler. Im assuming you have a gun or dogs to kill them. Go out at night and blow that squaler and they go crazy over it. They start runnin around and jumping in and out of trees. then follow one with a spotlight and shoot em out of the tree. If you got dogs, just let em loose and they let you know when they got one.Whaere can i find a racoon during the day i am hunting them?

The only raccoon you will find out during the day will either be a juvenile or it will have rabies.





Raccoons are nocturnal, dont see them out during the day unless something is wrong.





The only time I have seen adult raccoons out during the day is when they are rabid. Dont want to shoot them, just stay away and let them pass!
You can find the racoons in trees or other hiding places during the day. But at night they always come out.

Mr Leeds(The Jersey Devil)does not come out on Halloween.He usually is seen in November.Good question.

Has enyone ever went hunting in forest county wisconsin or other area what did you shoot?

the area is heavily wooded. Deer are of course the most common, but bear hunting is also found there. Turkey is big in that area. There is a nice scattering of lakes, which of course means duck hunting. The general small game animals are all there, squirrel and rabbits and the like. While the area does not boast much in the way of upland birds (few pheasants) northern wisconson is famous for it's ruffled grouse. I suspect it is also rich in woodcock.

I think you meant 15x right? Good ones in that range cost more than your budget. Look at some good 10x-12x by Leupold or Nikon for clarity......

Brooklyn Heights, Dumbo (very expensive almost like Manhattan), Carroll Gardens, parts of Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Park Slope. The wortst parts are East New York, Brownsville, Bushwick parts of Bed-Sty. You can look at craigslist.com, nypost, daily news, realtor or building/apartment signs. You just have to comparison shop. The winter, or right after school starts in September (these will be stale listings).
