What should i take with me hunting?

For a whole day in the woods, you will need to carry water, food and snacks, perhaps a slicker suit if needed, a compass or a GPS unit to keep from getting lost, and maybe the most important thing of all - toilet paper or some paper towels. Know what direction you need to go back to in order to keep from getting lost- if you do get turned around, stay in one spot until you are located.- If you attempt to walk out while lost, the odds are that you will go in the wrong direction, and make it much harder for someone to locate you. You also need to take a small trim saw , and some fire starting material in case you do get lost. Good luck and good hunting! What should i take with me hunting?
Deer hunting season this time of year? Besides that fact, I think you should take the following: More experience of knowing your rifle; more experience in handling your weapon, especially in wooded areas; knowledge and patience in identifying your target; wearing bright clothes to prevent you being mistaken for an animal; the ability to remain silent for a long time; energy bars; and common sense.
Everyone is mentioning everything to take, but have forgot one thing thats very important. Don't forget your bullets. Yeah sounds dumb but my uncle did that one year, and had to drive 85 miles to get some. Needless to say he didn't get his deer that day.
Don't forget to take a camera to take pictures of your trophy (or at least the one that got away). But, hey, if you ARE deer hunting this time of year, don't take the camera - the game warden calls that evidence.
A knife, water, snacks, a camera, flashlight, gps, cellphone, a map, pull rope,
Deer season already????
A ';must have'; is plenty of water! Two way radios... A hunting partner... An updated map and compass... There is really way too much to list. I hope you at least have a guide....
Beef jerky...yum
