Ok i am knew to coon hunting and i need some tips?

do i need camo or none hunt at night or in the day i am useing a gamo varmint hunter 1000fps with lead and 1200 with pba its got a 4x scope and a flash light and a laser will it do the trick with a head shoot

Are you using dogs? Because that makes a pretty big difference to all your other questions. In general Racoons are pretty sluggish during the day, because they are nocturnal. If you want to make it easy you can just shoot them out of their tree during the day. If you want it to be a challenge you should hunt them at night.Ok i am knew to coon hunting and i need some tips?
yes you probably need camo ang hunt at night thats when they come out and the varmit hunter is perfect
